Please only complete this application form if you have already completed a suspension application and require permission for a vehicle to park in the suspended bay – if you have not already please apply here. If you need permission to park in a restricted area without needing a bay suspending/coning please contact the Parking Services department on 0151 934 2312 or email parkingcc@sefton.gov.uk. Applying for a dispensation will allow a vehicle to park in the specified location for the duration of the suspension. A virtual permit will be issued so you will not need to display anything in your vehicle but please take care when entering your vehicle details, as the registration number you provide will be used to issue the virtual permit.
